We are in the midst of resetting this for 2012. We had built a fairly large organization for the 2009 conference in India. Subsequently, we did not re-create this, partly since the groups in the US were reasonably connected.  At this past ISSRE 2011 in Japan we agreed to regroup, but bring in a very international flavor.  Please contact Ram Chillarege if you are interested in participating in joining this group.
